This by far has been one of the
best mods I've gotten. The standard 4-wheel drive system does not become
active till the front wheels slip. This Haldex controller changes the
4Wheel drive into a more 'active' system which feels more like an
All Wheel Drive (AWD) car. So basically the 4WD engages much faster and
more aggressively.
Most noticeable at take-offs and
cornering but also at top-end speed as well as general improvement in
power delivery through the gears.
Fitting involves a plug and 2
screws. Something to note, if anything does slip it'll be all 4 wheels.
Also the ESP would normally stop this happening but it's more fun when it
doesn't so try switching it off but make sure you've got space to slip..
