Difference: What I noticed with the Nuespeed SS is that it made the throw of the gears much shorter, but when changing aggressively (or too quickly) it used to jam from time to time, not as much as the Oem one but still enough for me to look for an alternative.

Difference: I felt the difference straight away with this shifter, it felt "like water". Real smooth and it eliminated the problem I had with jamming. In future I might upgrade to the newest kit the have which includes the side to side reduction mounts too.
